Accomplished PLC/HMI/SCADA Software Engineer, with a minimum of 10 years experience within the industry and one that displays a range of Control System Integration skills within a diverse array of process and manufacturing industries.
Key areas of capability and expertise would include;
PLC / HMI coding/configuration (Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
SCADA / MES / SQL configuration (Wonderware, Intellution, Rockwell).
Liaising with other Clients & Sub-contractors.
Integration and FAT Testing.
Commissioning.
Project Engineering/Management.
Further ideal skills and capabilities would include;
Electrical and Control Panel Design, including Electrical Schematics, Control Panel GA’s, Cable Block Diagrams, Cable / Termination Schedules.
Awareness of and Conformance of QA Procedures.
GAMP4 and 21CFR Part11.
Other Software Languages VB, VBA, C++ etc.
ATEX / Intrinsically Safe Systems.
Estimating and generating Quotations.
